2. Purpose

IGNIRA TECHNOLOGIES S.L. ("PawAI") provides a digital service that helps pet owners track their pet's weight, body condition and feeding. Using the website or the app makes you a user and means you accept this legal notice, the Terms and conditions, the Privacy policy and the Cookie policy.

PawAI is not a medical device and is not a veterinary service. What it produces is educational and informational: it does not diagnose, does not prescribe treatment, and does not replace a licensed veterinarian. If your pet shows signs of illness, see a vet.

3. Intellectual property

The code, design, text, trademarks, logos and other content on this site belong to IGNIRA TECHNOLOGIES S.L. or are used under licence. You may not copy, distribute, publicly communicate or adapt them without written permission, except where the law allows it.

The photos and data you upload about your pet remain yours. Uploading them grants us only the licence we need to provide the service, as set out in the Terms and conditions.

4. Liability

We work to keep the service available and its information accurate, but we cannot guarantee it will be free of errors, interruptions or imprecise results. The estimates the service produces (body condition, calorie needs, portion sizes and similar) are calculated from the data and photos you provide using artificial intelligence models. They are approximations, not measurements.

PawAI is not liable for harm resulting from decisions about a pet's health or diet taken without consulting a veterinarian. Nothing here limits rights that consumer law grants you and that cannot be waived, nor liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

5. Third-party links

This site may link to third-party pages. We do not control their content or their policies and take no responsibility for them. A link is not an endorsement.

6. Data protection and cookies

How we handle personal information is described in the Privacy policy. How we use cookies and similar technologies is described in the Cookie policy, where you can also change your choices at any time.

7. Governing law

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. Where you use the service as a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of the country where you live.
